What’s changed in 320px

Standard and Premium plans

29 October 2026

• 320px now has two plans, priced per person each month in US dollars, plus tax: Standard at $7 and Premium at $12. The workspace owner pays for each person with a mailbox in the workspace.
• Each workspace you create starts with a free month. You add a card when you sign up, and we email you 3 days before every charge. People invited to a mailbox don’t add a card.
• Standard includes 1,000 received emails per person each month and updates each area’s brief at most every 3 hours. Premium includes 2,000 and updates them at most every 30 minutes. On both, a brief can update sooner after you move an email. Over that number nothing is blocked, and we let you know.
• Custom email domains are included in both plans.
• If you used 320px before paid plans. Your free month starts on the day paid plans launch. On your first visit after that, we ask the workspace owner for a card. A card added before the last 2 days of that month isn’t charged until the month ends; one added later is charged straight away. If you add it at least 3 days before the month ends, we email you 3 days before the first charge.
• The site has a page for each feature, for email on your own domain and for pricing, and Help has a page for each topic.
