Receiving and forwarding

Your mailbox settings show whether setup is ready. Forwarding may need you to verify a destination address. A pending change is complete only after the mail service confirms it.

Search and Ask

Use Keywords to search without generating an answer. Meaning search uses your question to find related messages. Ask uses excerpts from messages you can access and shows supporting quotes. Check the original message before relying on an answer.

Sending and drafts

Sent means the sending service accepted your message. Delivery needs separate evidence. If submission is uncertain, check Sent before trying again.

Calendar invitations

Invitation previews support a single event with UTC times or all-day dates. Invitations with local timezones, recurring events or multiple events need a calendar application. A confirmed response emails the organiser; it does not add an event to a calendar.

Your data

Export accessible messages from Data settings. Workspace deletion requires confirmation and waits for mail route cleanup. Sign-in identity, mail transport copies and backups have separate storage boundaries.
