Billing, the free month and your plan
Plans and prices
Standard costs $7 and Premium $12 per person each month, in US dollars, plus tax where it applies. The workspace owner pays for each person with a mailbox in the workspace, themselves included, and the plan applies to the whole workspace. People you invite don’t pay, and their own @320px.com address is included.
Compare the plansThe free month
When you sign up, you add a card and your free month starts. Nothing is charged during it. We email you 3 days before the first charge, with its date and amount. People invited to a mailbox don’t add a card.
If you used 320px before paid plans. Your free month starts on the day paid plans launch. On your first visit after that, we ask the workspace owner for a card. A card added before the last 2 days of that month isn’t charged until the month ends; one added later is charged straight away. If you add it at least 3 days before the month ends, we email you 3 days before the first charge.
Charges, reminders and invoices
At the end of the free month the card is charged for the next month, then once a month on the same date. We email you 3 days before every charge. Tax is added based on your billing address and shown on every invoice. The workspace owner finds every invoice in Settings › Plan, under Manage billing.
Switching plans and cancelling
The workspace owner can switch between Standard and Premium or cancel in Settings › Plan. After cancelling, everything keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for; then the workspace is read-only. To start again, the owner chooses a plan in Settings › Plan and goes through checkout again, without a new free month.
If a payment fails
We try again for 14 days, and everything keeps working. After that the workspace is read-only until it’s paid: email is still received and kept, and you can read, search, export and pay. Sorting and summaries, sending, Ask and new mailboxes on your own domain pause, and emails that arrived in the meantime are sorted once you pay.
Usage limits explains each plan’s monthly emails.
