Custom domains

Your team’s email on your own domain, with AI built in

Add a domain you own and invite each person by email to a mailbox on it. Each person, owners included, reads only the email in the mailboxes assigned to them. Custom domains are included in Standard and Premium.

Verify the domain with a DNS record, then add the email records 320px shows you
When someone accepts with their 320px account, new or existing, their mailbox is created
Owners can reassign a mailbox, remove a member or transfer ownership

Setting it up

From your domain to a mailbox for each person

In Settings › Domains and mailboxes, add a domain you control. Email stays with your current provider until you change the domain’s MX records
Publish the ownership TXT record Settings shows, then check your DNS records. We remove unverified domains after 7 days
Add the sending and receiving records Settings shows you, and Settings says when they’re ready
Create a mailbox for someone in the workspace, or invite a person by email. An invitation link expires after 7 days

What it costs

One price per person with a mailbox

Custom domains are included in both plans: Standard at $7 and Premium at $12 per person each month, plus tax
The workspace owner pays for each person with a mailbox in the workspace, themselves included
People you invite don’t pay, and their own @320px.com address is included
In a shared workspace, area briefs show only to someone who can read every mailbox in it
