Workspaces, members and mailbox owners
Your workspaces
Every account has its own workspace with its @320px.com address. When you accept an invitation to a mailbox on someone’s domain, you join their workspace too. Open another workspace from Settings › Workspaces, or Switch workspace in the menu. In each one you see only the mailboxes assigned to you.
Open workspace settingsWho reads what
Each person, owners included, reads only the mailboxes assigned to them. In a shared workspace, area briefs show only to someone who can read every mailbox in it.
What owners can do
- Reassign a mailbox to another member in Settings › Domains and mailboxes. Its new owner then reads its emails, and the previous owner’s access and forwarding setup are removed.
- Remove a member. Removal waits until their mailboxes stop receiving and forwarding, so reassign any mailbox that needs to keep receiving first.
- Transfer ownership to another member. Your role changes to member, and mailbox assignments stay as they are.
Leaving a workspace
Leaving removes your access. Mailboxes you own stop receiving and forwarding unless their ownership is reassigned first. Shared emails remain in the workspace. The last owner must transfer ownership or delete an eligible workspace.
The workspace owner pays for each person with a mailbox: billing and plans explains how.
