See what changed on each project or case

When a new email updates a project or case, Changes shows the earlier summary next to the updated one, like a revised quote. You mark updates as reviewed yourself, so opening the page doesn’t clear them.

  • Earlier and updated, side by side
  • Grouped by project or case, with the emails behind each update
  • Every update you haven’t marked reviewed

How it works

An updated summary when a new email changes things

  • When a new email changes a project or case, 320px writes an updated summary of it
  • Changes keeps the earlier summary beside it, with the supporting emails, until you mark it reviewed
  • Saved summaries can contain mistakes, so check the supporting emails

What it leaves to you

You decide what’s been reviewed

  • Opening Changes doesn’t mark anything reviewed
  • Nothing is replied to or archived because something changed
  • The emails behind each update stay where they are
